I had a wonderful stay at a lovely family-run place in central Otavalo. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They took the time to draw maps and give suggestions for the places I wanted to visit, like the Condor Park. The room was clean and cozy, with a comfortable bed and warm bedding for the chilly nights. The included breakfast was delicious and the location was perfect, just a short walk from the main square and the bustling market. I highly recommend this place for a delightful stay in Otavalo.

Staff helpful despite language barrier, took us to doctor for infection. Felt at home with typical Ecuadorian family. Bags stored with no issue. Cool rooms, not cold as some said.

They even let us check out late so we could visit the local market before leaving. The room was clean and modern, and the breakfast was delicious. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as the shower temperature and noise from outside, I would highly recommend this hostel. I had a fantastic stay and would definitely choose to stay here again.
